The other one says "Master Tokiwa", which according to Fikira's excellent site was once either a finisher or a distributor of Iwasaki's razors.

From what I could find the front says "God" I think. Not sure what the back says.

Would love to know the maker. The only Japanese framebacks I have seen with the two AA's are the Towa but no Kanji for that I don't think.
