tom- if i knew what made me think half the things i think, id prob not say 90% of what i say 80% of the time....... huh? now i have to go diggin in blades in boxes searching for mr dolle......

Thing is, we both know that German blade and samo-scales had a lot of names on them. I have seen tons of Westers like that. Might be they made them for the many others? Every hardware, drug store, and barber supply's had them back in the day, I expect!

but throw some reaper scales on that blade and it becomes a rare duck for sure! (oh that was low. not proud of that one)

Blade appears toast. That would be a thin one. The scales, while unseen, may be gassing.

Annnnnd fourth. A 'Superior Razor'. I think an old cheap Sheffield. All I have seen are wedgey, roughly-finished. Common.

What else is in there? I see a Spike! Ok! At the top of the horizontal pile in the box, there is an interesting one with gunstock scales. Lets see it too.

What? Is there a rare Reaper model out there I did not know about?
I have a Reaper around here, but I would need a broom and dustpan to gather it up!
