I am going on a Caribbean cruise shortly aboard a 42 ft ketch. I will shave, but not often. After pondering which razor to take I decided upon this W&B 7/8 near wedge in bone for the following reasons.

(1) It delivers a fine shave.

(2) It is rugged.

(3) If lost or damaged I would be Pi**ed but not heartbroken.

(4) If marooned upon a desert isle I may have to use it to open a coconut or feed off the carcass of a dead whale .

So this begs the question. What would be your "Wilson" razor, and why? And yes , I realize Tom Hanks never bothered shaving.
