The question of maintenance is fairly pertinent, if I couldn't maintain it then it wouldn't matter, however if I could then either the 11/16 I use for work or the almost 7/8 that is one of the two razors I have at home. Simply because they are easy to use. As a coconut opener etc I doubt many razors would cut the mustard.
