I have waaaay too many to show, so I'll just show the most unusual one.

Ragg family, 1830's. (with WR crown stamp).

    What's so unusual?

    Can you spot it?

... that notch! What is up with that tiny, weird notch?

    Indeed...

Look closely at the wedge. There's a thumbnail catch. Pull it, and the brass wedge comes out slightly and releases that notch in the blade. When closed, it's locked. You could really safely in your pocket.

The backside is enclosed too, so there's no way to touch the edge when it's closed.

A pair of Manaslu 6/8 M500s in YSS H.2 steel which is Swedish IIRC and they also made a 5/8 M50, and the blade shapes are close to Heljestrand shapes.

    Cheers, Steve
