Burrell Top Flight my Dad gave me in the 70's used it for years. Still have it but have retired it. Partly sentimental and partly through 25 years of wear and tear due to travel and honing mainly with Barber hones back then.

The first I bought was this Pumacker Black Diamond.. $14 I think...

The first I shaved with was this Genco Master Barber... Again, very cheap!

Last winter, I bought my first straight. A German made "Akron" model from Albrechts's in Akron, OH. I learned how to shave with this one, but it has now moved home. Mike (outback) used to work at the business that originally sold this razor. It had a lot of sentimental value to him so we arranged a trade. I'm glad the Akron is back home in Akron.

Ralf Aust 5/8 round tip from SRD. I don't have it any more but I have 3 other Austs. Wonderful razor. Great price, quality and performance. Really holds its edge.

My first was a 5/8" German made Koken square point that I still have & use. I Learned a lot with that razor , shaving honing & stropping were all learned on it. Payed $12.00 I think.

My great-grandfather's Frederick Reynolds. Sent it off to be refurbished, so got a Dovo from Vintage Blades.
