Thanked: 3226That is what is nice about a custom razor. You should be able to get it the way you want it, plain or fancy.

It looks like he does some nice work, and as has been said his gallery is going to show the range of what he can do. From straight forward to fancy.
With anything bespoke you can pick the bits you like. I saw a range from things i rather liked to things i didn't.Bread and water can so easily become tea and toast

Hi all I do lurk on the forums from time to time,I unlike many started making razors from the start (although I would love to make a few knives) my love of Max's, Bruno's, Charlie's particularly Charlie's YouTubevideos (thank you Charlie)are what got me started in my razor making hobby.I have been shaving with a straight every day for the past 6-7 years so have a good understanding of straights and have restored probably a couple hundred razors.
All of my razors are made with Sheffield 01 steel sourced directly from Sheffield and I also plan to dabble in Damascus maybe in the future. As for spinework trapping moisture I haven't found this the case as long as a coating of Renaissance wax has been applied.
I am still a relatively new at razor making (only about a year & a half) but with each razor I make a get a little bit closer to perfection.
My website has only been running for a couple of months so is still a bit of a work in progress but there should be some razors for sale in about a week.
Cheers gents Ed.
