    Filarmonicas have to be included...not

I'd say that my griffon carbo-magnetic is one of my best shavers

Dovo Best Quality. The blade is actually very good if you ask me, and it does not feel harsh on my difficult spot under my chin (this is where some of my other razors fail)

While I will not laugh (Tim) at your post, I will say those cart razors are the worst.

If my only shaver were a cart razor, I would grow a beard.

The Invicta razors made by Dickensons of Sheffield are my favourite underrated or neglected brand. They're a little lighter in construction than comparable Bengalls but don't suffer for it. I've never seen or heard of an NOS example but should one turn up I'd be ready to get the cheque book out.

Have a Gold Bug shorty (could have been broken and ground off to a square point) that shaves as well as anything I ever used. And the shorter blade makes it very nice to use. I'd consider buying another shorty (PRC makes one) but I have too much stuff now.

Cartridge razors are the very reason I am here today. It all started with a terrible rash from one of those.......

Man I could name a bunch. There's one I've read about that I'm currently seeking out. Saw a few guys post about them and I fell in love. Not saying that one cause they only pop up once in a blue moon on Ebay. Lets just say made in America by Sheffield men. They look very much like Sheffield razors.

Sometimes I think I should just go North and look in a Field.......
I lived there for a few years when I was a kid. Fished in the pond where the factory once stood. I've managed to put together a descent collection. Great shavers!
