I've got an idea that Rez inspired accidentally.
-Cut the blade off so that the spine resembles a frameback.
-Very carefully cut a channel lengthwise (and blade side) of spine to hold a replacement blade for multi-blade framebacks.
-I guess a screw at the tip of spine like is common to hold blade in would work but maybe there's a better way..?
This would be a challenge I think, but very doable.“You must unlearn what you have learned.”

I will watch for it. Your idea has too much detailed work for me. I seen one blade there that could be made into a Shorty and still have enough edge to play with. It was the first one with the painted letters in the face. If you just have to get rid of these, I think I could find time to make a shorty of it with a round tip and smiling edge.
It's just Sharpening, right?
