Welcome to SRP. You have come to the right place that will help teach you how to get it restored and/or how to use it if you feel you want to learn.

I recommend that you find a member here that is willing to do a restore job on it, as being a beginner, it's not something you want to do on your own on this razors. It is a fine razor, good name brand and something that a lot of folks would enjoy having in their collection.

As Tom said, the box is not the correct box for the razor. So if you're just going to display it, you might be able to find the correct box. But it will take some time. Enjoy your time here. Let us know if you plan on learning to use it and we will get you started in the right direction.
I hope I am responding in the correct area of this message. It’s my first day here with you guys. I appreciate your help and your condolences. My dad was awesome and it is tearing me up going through his stuff . I want to take care of his things with respect like he took care of everything . So I do think I want to restore this if I can figure that all out. I want it to be the best it can be. I will keep his strop also from when he was in barbering school. I suppose it will be for display until I learn how to use it sometime down the road. Thanks for your direction. I really appreciate it.
