The answer to this mark is:



Il ne s'agit pas d'un symbole religieux mais d'une qualité d'acier de 1ère catégorie .

It is not related to any kind of religious symbol but to a first quality steel...... (1ere C = 1ere categorie)



Sorry guys...... I also wanted more history out of this mark... but... that's reality....

Awesome. Where did you find the information? (And what about the symbols after the "C"?)

I think we had already come to the conclusion that it was only a marketing stamp, so it's good to have some confirmation.
