BTW, I just took delivery of a couple of Double Arrow razors. The scales are as rigid as a piece of liquorice. No danger of using these as weapons.

i ll make you a Ti frame wedge maybe 7/8
that way it will hold up when you "use " it

you might get one good swing on a plain jane razor before you brake the edge off

BTW most states have outlawed the carry of a straight razor

its one of those fun laws that if you know anything about knives you just laugh at (kitchen knives kill more PPL then any other blade)

(i have sold straights and push daggers to a few cops so i get a glimps into what they wish to carry as back up )

not a razor in the group (that i know of)

Used by someone who knows its use won't necessarily render the adversary into his component parts, but it most likely will leave some of his parts laying around.

that's what i'm thinking.. i'd hate to be holding one and cut my own finger half way off.

Inside of the upper arm, and the femoral artery on the inside of the thigh are very vulnerable to a blade and can be very fatal in a short amount of time.

A guy drive into a big red caddy covertable into a rural South Carolina gas station. The attendant walks out and asks " what it will be" the driver says " fill my Muther F'in gas tank!" the attendant replies " Boy, down here we don't say Muther F'er" and pulls out a .45 and at the same time tosses a silver dollar in the air and fires shooting a hole dead center through the silver dollar and catches it in the palm of his hand. Seeing this the driver reaches into a bag of Georgia peaches he has on the seat and tosses one in the air and at the same time pulls out a straight razor and slices the peach into 8 equal slices and catches them in the palm of his hand. The Gas station attendant looks at this and asks the driver " Want me to check your Muther F'in oil?!?!?! Lol

Only straight razor joke I know!

I am trying to think of a reason I would be walking down the street with my razor on me..... That in itself is a sign of looking for trouble because you are thinking of it as a weapon and not what it is intended for. That is like walking down the street with a broken bottle - not using it for its intent therefore looking for trouble.

I can't believe this topic has gone to five pages. It may not be good in a fight, but I'm sure a heavy wedge would be fantastic during interrogations.

Having been one to have brought a gun to knife fight, I whole heartedly concur. A certain and very inconsiderate young man decided to try to relieve me of my funds early one morning in Houston. He had a very shocked look on his face when I laughed and informed him of his mistake as he was looking at the business end of my Hi-Powr. I took his money and his knife. He was upset that I wanted his knife. I told him he would have to find some other means of support.
