Let's assume that's what has happened for a minute here. Must we now also assume that the seller knew up front he was sending a razor with a damaged edge? Not really knowing either one of both protagonists (Zib and Seller, the unknown SRP member), we could just as easily assume that Zib nicked the edge while opening the package. After all, We Trust No One, sir.
I'm only joking of course. Let's assume that most people are trustworthy. The majority of transactions on SRP work out fine, so that kind of proofs the general thrustworthyness of the SRP-members.

So, Zib, don't sob. But contact the seller instead, and see what you can work out. High chance that you're both trustworthy and able to resolve the situation.
You can't test an umbrella without rain.
You can't judge people's character without a problem arose first.
