Even if the seller says, "as is",or "no returns" if you pay by Paypal you can get your $$ back. If the item is not as described or if a flaw wasn't mentioned you can file a dispute if the seller won't make it right.
I think Paypal tends to lean toward the buyer more then the seller. Now that sellers can't retaliate with negative feedback many are more agreeable to a return in spite of a no return policy.Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Your right. That's what I did with the lame duck. The seller had to take it back. I disputed it on Paypal. Once she refunded my money, I removed the negative feedback I'd left her. I tried to tell her that the razor was pretty much unusable. She didn't seem to care. I contacted my old friend Bob Keyes, aka Altima55 and he told me about disputing in on paypal,and they normally side with the buyer, which in my case was a good thing.
