I've been to the Hess building as has Randy of course. It's an unassuming single story building. Remember, no razors were ever manufactured at Hess. If I understand the way a barber in my town described Hess' Hair Milk, it's like a Grecian Formula hair colorant to keep the gray out.
There aren't even any of the classic Hess straight razors on display in the office area although they do have actual bottles of the Hair Milk and how the bottles differed through the years.
