Going to revive this thread because I have one coming that I will post pictures when it gets here later today. I will replace the bakelite scales with a nice buckeye burl wood set I am making. Will do total before and after. The blade itself seems to be in great condition and maybe even never restored. But that I cannot attest to.

Nice. I have an imperial laying around. I just to dug it out. It's going to need a little TLC but it will be okay. It has string tied around the scales at the wedge end, guess they're broken. I'm sure I have another good set of scales & it has some light rust on it with little or no hone wear.

Which one of you snagged that off ebay before I could get it?
I have been looking for one of those. Please post some pictures when it comes in.
