Then go with the W&B. If you like the look, go for it!

Dovo is readily available and on everyone's website. Wade and Butcher is vintage, not in production and there's a finite supply of them out there, especially in pristine condition. Granted, you do see a lot of them, but again, Dovo is in production, W&B is not. Grab the W&B, Sheffileld steel is awesome and legandary. Get the Dovo down the road, next time, it'll still be there....Both are great blades....

A new Dovo or buy a higher end Dovo on SRP Classifieds. I have three of them and they all do shave well and take an edge well.

W&B has a good reputation too, but new or near new was my preference starting out and that was pretty much Dovo or Ti's. But there are more new choices available.

    $155 is only the beginning

    Pabster

I forgot to mention classifieds! That's where I got my first 2 razors at $35 a pop. There's so many razors there for just about anybody

    Here's general FAQS

Future reference here's some brands to look into

If you've trouble with shaving, try this:

This one among many here really helped me with my technique

Definately post pics of your razors!

Simmons was a really huge hardware store in St. Louis. Their razors are rebranded Solingen razors and are pretty good, about like any other vintage Solingen.
