I KNOW I got lucky, thus having to brag a little!!
Hey now, no need to be hateful. We have no problem sneaking over and snagging TX razors. Are you saying Okies have stronger stomachs than Texans?

Now quit screwin' around and give us a shave report on the IXL!!

Got the IXL honed, stropped on crox, then a lot of leather. Just no beard, have to wait till tomorrow for a report. Man, that is a chunk of blade stropping. It goes "plop" every time I hit the strop. Now that I have spent some time with it, I do think that I will clean it up more though. I'll keep the W&B like it is, but the IXL will end up getting a cleaning up one of these days. I'll wait a bit though so that I don't act on impulse or try to hurry it. That one deserves taking one's time on it...

Thanks for the input guys, I really appreciate it.

By the way, here was my shop mis-hap over the weekend, finially went out to the shop to recover my beloved blade. I think that this find of the IXL was the good Lord rewarding me for not saying his name in vane...I sure did let out a few choice words.
