You should ask the retailer. They were different models Le Grelot razors, but after TI's refinishing they may or may not have the grinding that Le Grelot intended for them, and from my experience with TI razors I would be surprised if all razors with the same markings are even the same grind.

It kinda sucks how everything seems to be so inconsistent.

Hopefully this blade is all it's cracked up to be. If so you might just see a bunch of razors for sale from me! Lol.

    Default Legendary shave!

So i was so excited before that once i got my razor i ran off and had my shave.

Let me tell you that this razor is a dream! its nice and heavy in my hand so im able to control it perfectly. The blade is honed great and just cuts through the stubble like nothing.

Of course you guys all know this.

Without further ado here comes the razor porn(crappy pics tho sorry)

    Default Le Grelot 3/4

    Hello, basil:

Congratulations on the new Le Grelot. I have the same model, in the white scales, too, and she is a sweet razor.

    Regards,
    Obie

    Yes she is a beauty.

I love the bone scales they are perfect for this blade.

This blade is now my go to razor. I love it so much in fact that I'm planning on selling most of my other razors and picking up another one of these(maybe the rams horn) and calling my collection complete.

Now to wait patiently for my three months to be up.

    Basil,

That's a beautiful razor. Congratulations. I'm happy to hear that you are having a great time shaving with it.

Don't be too hasty in giving up your remaining razors. You may want to keep a few in your shaving rotation forold times sake or at least to remind you of how great your shaves are with that TI Le Grelot.

I am planning in keeping a couple because they were gifts and what not.

But ones that I purchased for myself that I am not attached to will be sold.

Then again all of my razors shave great, just like yours do too I'm sure. But there's always one razor that feels the best on your skin. And for me the le grelot is that razor.
