Ok, if this has been covered before please just point me in the right direction.

Apparently my wife knocked over my razor while cleaning the bathroom and it got wet. She did her best to dry it, but there is a little bit of rust at the toe of the razor. Thankfully it's not near the edge of the blad, so cleaning it of shouldn't affect the sharpness of the razor.

How should I go about cleaning off the rust?
