This set is a almost new compared to some of the heirlooms I'm seeing here! But at least I can date it fairly precisely to no later than December 12, 1889.

This is my oldest razor in rotation. My estimate is that it was made in the 1820's. Original pins. The scale is cracked but doesn't seem to be getting worse. I have a couple blades I think are older but they're not ready for use.
