Thread: TI Crownwing Opinions Wanted

I have just ordered one of the TI Crown Silverwing razors as well, alas not for me for a change. I wanted to get something special and 'unique' for my son, who is turning only 10 months old this week but who knows what the quality of a decent straight razor will be like in 15-16 years... Plenty of time until is first shave but this particular TI will remain untouched in its box, the latter wrapped up and sealed and all locked up in the safe until I hand it over to him.

What I liked about the Crown Silverwing was its shoulder-less design, its simple looks and the quality of the antique Cuban Mahogany as well as the scale design and I am sure my son will like and appreciate the quality of this razor as well once he reaches that time in his life. In fact I liked this razor so much that my mind was going back and forth on whether to get one for me as well. Today I gave in and ordered another one. Can't wait to give it a try...
