There will be other morley razors that go by on ebay. I watched one go off sale yesterday for $25, no bids, and if I recall, it had almost no wear on it.

There are tons of razors on there that go for about $10-$15 with what look like no damage and almost no wear.

The cost of the other bits that you'll need to make it really sharp make spending $25 shipped for a geometrically good razor pretty cheap, like item 150636422947

Being new to the board, but having restored a few razors, just my opinion - I would give the razor you showed us to the friend named morley.
