For me it would be my F.W. Engels Special. Consistantly out performs all of my other razors. And when it needs to be touched up or honed, it takes an edge quicker and easier than the other razors.

I have over 150 razors, most of which are top quality brand blades but the most recent "best shaver" I have used is a GENEVA 6/8 round point with horn scales honed by Sham. This is a super edge!
One pass ATG no stubble whatsoever. That man is a honemeister.

Ditto, Thesus! I have about a dozen and my DD Wonderedge and F.W. Engels Special are the top two in my rotation.
Both have VERY skinny grinds (some here dislike the term "Extra Hollow"). Niether have kissed a stone courser than 4K and take an edge so easily I sometimes wonder why I obsess over trying to match them with my heavier grinds. I feel ANYONE, with a modicom of honing ability and the right stones, can put a fine edge on either of these razors.

Actually, I would base my decision on how well a shaver performed rather than on brand. I have enough razors and brands that I could never say one particular brand really outshined all others. When it comes to shavers I would classify as superlative shavers, the rare ones cut (har har) across all brands and sizes. Now if your talking visually most appealing that's another story but I have too many to list as favorites.

For me best shavers are Puma and Wusthof. Third place I would give to J.A.Henkels.
