Way too expensive in my opinion! No real gold on them or anything... Lol sorry! I really like your razor enjoy it!
I thought the same thing and you really don't see the beauty of the hart razor until it's in you hand... NO pic had ever done it justice... When I hold mine you can feel the quality through and through...

+1 Just got one. 7/8 square point in curly koa. Great quality, amazingly versatile for such a heavy razor. Holds its edge like crazy. I'd buy it again and again.
Let me know if you need any help with shaving, honing, etc.

I have 3 Hart Steel Razors 2 7/8 and 6/8 and they are definitely worth $300. They are definitely in the very top of my rotation.

I just got mine shortly after the holidays, two shaves in so far and no complaints. I was very satisfied with the edge they put on it. True, you can buy a couple of razors for what they ask for them. But buying a new American production anything today seems a rare opportunity. Proud to have one, and plan to purchase a second one once my slush fund recoup's

Size: 74.1 KBThey really are Great Razors I have owned 8 and still have 7 of them I have a good friend and Marine Buddy that I gave the 8th one along with a Clauss USMC to get him started into the world of The Straight Razor. I couldn't think of any finer to get him started with.
