Just had my first shave with it and it was great! Does anyone have any tips for stropping this razor on particular with its smiling blade?

Just take it slow and strop it as if it was any other blade. No rolling x required on a strop. Congrats on the shave.

I received #173 yesterday and shaved with it last night. It is my first razor with a smile, so I took it slow and enjoyed it. Great shave from a beautiful razor. Thanks PapaBull!
