Thread: Dovo vs Col. Conk?

If you search "colonel conk dovo razor" on Google the first thing that comes up is maggard razors. They say it is identical.

I'm not being pushy, i'm just stating the fact. Just strange that so many different sources have no answer. A simple " I don't know" or no answer would be fine... but the answers I have gotten are leaving me still wondering the same question.
Just a razor nube trying to get some clarification. Dovo doens't respond.

Maggard are pros and if they say it is. IMO it is.

Just on a side note.. is there something going on with starshaving . com? I've been emailing them about an order I placed that they have not shipped, they simply don't respond. I looked on their Facebook wall and it seems 2 other people have posted on there about the same thing. One guys says its been months and he still has heard nothing after paying for a product... I bought a strop over a year ago from there and they shipped it out that day, I wonder whats going on!

Lol, I just checked out the Description of my Dovo 6/8 Col. Conk from WCS it says Dovo Best Quality and Col.Conk, so it is a DBQ with Col. Conk name on, that what mine is it doesn't say BDQ, it says Col. Conk, but as I mentioned I called WCS and made sure first before I dropped any duckets good research is important before picking up a blade, I hope that helped Bro

Buy a Ralph Aust and be done with it, then no question about quality from something that seems a little vague and with known issues lately,, but hey that's me I always try to buy quality the first time. Tc

Old hat. It's been known for years conk sells rebranded Dovos.

They used to say it right on their site but I haven't checked their site in years.
