The Japanese is イヤテモ切レル 商標登録 へんホつ

イヤテモ切レル is something like "can cut anything", though I'm not sure how to translate it exactly. It doesn't seem related to children at all.

商標登録 is really just "registered trademark"

へんホつ is "Henkotsu", the maker's brand/name.

What can you make out of my new Henkotsu? As my Japanese is non existing ��
