Two passes on 24 hours growth, nice results except for the usual problem area w/24 hrs to the right of the adam's apple. A couple quick swipes with a Fusion cleaned it up.

Quick shave-test of the Clauss on one cheek, it's pretty good. I shaved the rest with the Puma, which was quite excellent as well. Both cheeks feel identically smooth with a once-over pass. Great shave!

Fusion razor - thought I'd do a quickie today and see how it went
5/8 Wostenholm Peerless to clean up what fusion missed
Careless slice on bottom of right earlobe when positioning blade for a stroke, barely felt a thing but lots of bleeding
Tissues, pressure, nick relief liquid, bad language trying to apply bandaid with left hand and mirror before more blood required starting over
Jako A/S Splash
A good shave when all was said and done, and a lesson learned.

Nice Proraso shave today, followed by alum and a splash of Pinaud Clubman.
Do not spash Pinaud on when you have windburn.
Lesson learned.

Had high hopes that this soap will be nice. I love the scent but, alas, it won't be a shaving soap for me. The lather seems to disappear, and it's not too mild. Lubrication and protection were sub-par. Worth the try, but definitely nothing to write home about.
Debut for the razor a/r Belgian and CrO2 love. Fairly smooth, top of the rotation but not a full 10/10 - yet. Maybe the second shave will be better. Sharp enough for ATG and great results on chin but I carelessly put 2 nick lines when I positioned the blade on my neck No blood but still
Strop came with nicks but after cleaning, sanding to 2K, and mink oil performs well. Very thick leather, we'll see if it warps or deforms w/ use
Cheers
Ivo

Ivo,
Don't totally give up on the soap. Spend some time making "practice" lather with it and work on your water/soap ratio. You may just need to climb the learning curve.
