    A month in and I am still in awe of the two new formulation Penhaligon's soaps. It is quite unbelievable that a brand once renowned for their shaving soaps, could hit rock bottom and yet return with this mighty formula. Needless to say the shave this morning was simply divine.
    Come on, Penhaligon's, please now make it a full house and reformulate the English Fern soap too.
