My Kanayama 70000 strop is now taking a long and well deserved rest. The “hidestoart” strop is being put through the paces with wedges, full hollows, kamisoris etc. The performance is outstanding. If you look carefully you can see the tail grain from off the horse butt. Wow!

The photo was taken because the boyfriend of an old school friend is having a 'cut throat shave', possibly to her horror. And I was always seen as the scared one in the school.

The impatience won, so i shaved with my new Barhep Razor today (usually i make a break for one day with shaving),
one of the more unknown Solingen Razors but a very nice Shaver :-)
