Thumbs up Sun March 09th - Sat March 15th

    Location: 36° 0'5"N - 115° 15' 21"W
    Razor: Boker King Cutter
    Brush: Simpson Polo 10
    Lather: C.O. Bigelow - Proraso
    Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel
    Nourishing: Denim

I would call this a refreshing and nice cooling shave. BBS and a big smile on my face when leaving the bathroom.

The first week of March has been a great one. Thanks all for those amazing pics and shaves. Shave on!

    Sunday morning:

    I Coloniali Shaving Soap
Morris & Forndran "The Chief" Blonde Badger
    Filarmonica DT 13
Tüff unscented Aftershave (the bottle with the green cap)
Guerlain Vetiver EdT (the bottle left in the picture)

Actually, a picture of misery. But the shave was very pleasant.

    Have a nice new week!

    Razor - The $2 Bengall
    Soap - Fitness
    Brush - Badger
    A/S - cold water

Hadn't shaved for 2 days and was looking forward to a nice relaxing Saturday morning shave when a workplace accident late on Friday a week ago meant I couldn't shave. So after letting it heal and with 11 days growth, the Bengall mowed it down effortlessly. Two years ago, it would have taken the hair clippers, two new carts, and fifty gallons of water to get rid of. Haven't kept count but I reckon I have had at least 50 shaves of this old girl with just leather.

    Sunday

Razor | Bengall wedge | Soap | Scodioli Step Right Up | After Shave | Scodioli Step Right up with Myrosol Aqua de Limón over the top
    Other
Morgan’s pomade, for the scent and sheen, and maybe just a bit for the hair darkening effect

Very nice shaving stand shave with the Bengall wedge this afternoon.

It’s a warm 34 degrees on a Sunday long weekend.

Shave of the Day beer was Dutch Oranjeboom, sounds was Afro Celt Sound System.

I think it was Mikael who gave me the Bengall, haven’t spoken to him in a while, must do so…
