Decent shave with this razor - despite the great reviews, I find the Erasmic stick ho-hum and not as good as Arko.

Lucky Tiger Shave lotion
Seal brand vintage strop (bad shape but works)
6/8 Brockton
6/8 Wilbert

Musgo Real ASB
Just one day of growth is quite unusual for me. Brockton got some more hone love but still seems 9 / 10 performer. Wilbert, on the other hand was 9+ / 10 in its debut. Certainly felt smoother. Its performance seemed on par with the last Helje I tried and the Waterville. I think some of the old-timers liked Wildert and I see why.
Musgo ASB has alcohol, which I avoid but felt nice - to my surprise. If only the scent reminded me of cut grass (as I expected when I was buying it from some reviews) it would have been truly great. Still a good scent, though
Not BBS, no cuts, no irritation - decent in my book
Cheers

In a bit of a rush today, so only one pass. Presentable (better than my old Braun and Norelco/Philishave), but that's about it.
Edit: It's now early afternoon and my face is as smooth (relatively speaking) as it was this morning. I guess this is the retraction phenomenon that was discussed a few days ago. I'll have to remember this...Last edited by mparker762; 04-10-2007 at 06:03 PM.
