    July 13th, SOTD
    Two days’ growth
    Prep: Hot shower
Razor: W.R. Case & Sons “Registered No. 23 Warranted For Life” Purple Heart Wood scales
Strop: Prototype Travel Strop- Vegetable Tanned Goat hide (10 flesh side/ 10 grain side pre and post)
    Soap: Jabonman Lima-Incienso (Menthol)
Brush: Spalted Maple Brush with Badger Knot
Post Shave: Cold Water Rinse, Alum Block, Thayer’s Witch Hazel
Aftershave: Pinaud Clubman with menthol added

I haven’t been on this forum very long, but as a leatherworker who was learning about strop making, I have been aware of and influenced by Neil Miller’s work for a while. His posts on this forum have been full of great information. It’s certainly a loss to the wet shaving community.

I was absent minded due to hard work and the latest developments in my country... but shocked to learn that Neil died...
