Thanked: 293Tried out the Tosuke for the first time (also first Kamisori shave). Awkward at first, but I'm surprised at how I was able to get a 2-pass BBS shave (as opposed to my usual 3-pass. I also need to re-read some of the old threads to make sure I'm using it right. I did cheat a little and try both sides.
The side with the belly and no kanji is the side that goes on your face, I think. I hear people say "the concave side goes on your face" but that's a little misleading because the "flat" side is not actually flat... it's concave.

Bad cold today. Didn't even feel remotely human until this evening. Had a beautiful shave to end an otherwise blah day.
