In a rotation increasingly occupied by big Spaniards, this little Swede always surprises and delights me.

    Razor: Boker Edelweisse
    Soap: TOBS Sandalwood

Boker performed better than expected after pyramid honing it today. After the shave gave it 10 more laps in the Nani 10K...and it is ready to rock and roll!!

Tried out the Tosuke for the first time (also first Kamisori shave). Awkward at first, but I'm surprised at how I was able to get a 2-pass BBS shave (as opposed to my usual 3-pass. I also need to re-read some of the old threads to make sure I'm using it right. I did cheat a little and try both sides.

The side with the belly and no kanji is the side that goes on your face, I think. I hear people say "the concave side goes on your face" but that's a little misleading because the "flat" side is not actually flat... it's concave.

    Anyway...

    Default late day sotd

Bad cold today. Didn't even feel remotely human until this evening. Had a beautiful shave to end an otherwise blah day.
