Prep: Hot shower
Razor: W&B 7/8 Celebrated Extra Hollow Ground
Brush: Rooney 1/2
Soap/Cream: Mama Bear's & Proraso
Aftershave: Thayer's and Anthony Logistics Razor Care
Definitely didn't leave enough time between shaves (~14 hours), so that left some sting and burn! Ah well, still worth it to break out the Wade & Butcher.

-VB 2" web/latigo 25/25
-Hot water/conditioner prep (I don't think I like the conditioner thing...)
-C.O. Bigelow cream (no glycerin for a change...oddly enough, it didn't seem to make a difference)
-Pottery bowl scuttle (hot water from tap rather than kettle water...can too hot water in the scuttle dry up the lather?)
-13/16 Bengall near wedge
-Cold water rinse
-Nivea Extreme (I think this is OK but would like to be able to exist without having to put it on...)
Below average shave and a bit raw...lots of weepers and very dry skin. It's my karmic payback for having touted that I had the GREATEST shave in my life, hands down, earlier in the week (perfect combination of everything - my face felt like it was enveloped in a layer of liquid gold). I'm always amazed how you can do what you think is the exact same thing each time and get such different results. As a musician, it's like having a bad practice session...only the malaise comes with razor burn!
