Very bad pic, but a great shave:
In fact this was my first shave with the W&B I bought from our own Big Red (a pleasure to deal with him), wich was restored back in the day but another "inmate", Maximilian. Really nice shaver, no irritations or nicks whatsoever, and did not have any problems with the big blade, and this is my first 7/8....as usual, I used Tabac, and my Rooney, followed by some Thayers Aloe + Weleda balm and some Spanish stuff (Myrsol blue).
This is the razor, in a much better pic from Max:
Regards

This is my first post in here, I always look at all your posts and want to thank you all, I really admire you for your fantastic posts.
I prepared by having a shower, after I select what I want to use "I have alot of soaps, creams, fragrances ect..." I then get some pure teatree oil, rub 3 drops into my hands and then onto my facial hair and shaving zone... after I put a hot towel over my face not too hot though, as the towel cools down on my face, I prepare a good ceamy wet lather.
Brush: badger hair, cost around $30, works for me and I like it.
Razor: Dovo Special
Soap: Geo F Trumper, Sandalwood.
Moisturizer: Geo F Trumper, Coral Skin Food
Fragrance: Dior Homme Eau Sauvage "Fraicheur Cuir"
No razor bumps, burns, nicks or anything and I have to thanks teatree oil for this, It really helps alot and gives your face a cool feel after shaving.

Glad to see you already have a nice setup, congrats on the shave!
Today:
Location: Grovertown, IN
Brush: Rooney 1/1 Super
Razor: SWORD 7/8
Soap: Fitjar Fjellheim
AS: 444
Result: Incredible. It's amazing what a freshly honed blade will do when you actually know what you are doing.
No picture or music today. The bathroom here stays way too steamy, not very computer friendly.
