SOTD 23/2/2010
Location: Taipei
Razor: Henckels #70 1/2 Zwillingswerk 5/8 full hollow ground round point
Brush: Trumper's Ivory Badger Brush
Cream: Knize Ten Shaving Soap
Aftershave: G.F. Trumpers Sandalwood Skinfood
Result: And it just keeps getting better and better. Woke up early enough to take my time so it was really enjoyable, relaxing as well as energizing. Smooth, methodical actions. BBS on the neck as usual for me with some nice cross shaving on the cheeks that got me very close. I've found that although I love this blade very very very much (its such a beautiful looking thing with those faux burlwood handles wouldn't you agree?) the round point is definitely not great for sculpting side burns which have seemed to have evolved inadvertently with straight razor shaving. Feel like a beer but really I gotta get out the door and to the workshop. Good morning!

Tabac soap
SRD Premium 3 Strop

Thayers' Aloe
Proraso Pre/Post balm
Pretty darn good shave!
Finally got my appointment at the Dermatologist today!! Hopefully she can fix my Alopecia! It really sucks to have random spots missing in your beard. At least it's an excuse to shave every day, because if I skip a day I look like a complete idiot! I'm sure my skin wouldn't mind a little break once in a while.
Cheers,
JF
