    Razor: Wade & Butcher

    It is nice to have time to post in SOTD again. This was a nice relaxing shave!

    I know and feel your pain....the INOX blades take a lot of time and effort to hone; but once you have a sharp edge it last for a long time. Take for example my Wacker INOX 6/8. I had to do two separate honing sessions to get it sharp. Unlike you, I pyramid hone starting with a 3K Naniwa, then the 8K and finishing on the 10K. HOG

    Test razors: GENCO Easy Aces (honed by me) and Dovo Special (honed by Bart)
    Lather: Taylor Old Bond Street Avocado Cream
    Brush: Kingsley Pure Badger
    A/S: Constanza Bay Rum + Proraso Balm

    Result: WTG only and my honing is quite close. More practice with the technique.
