Sounds like a fun tour. If you can get, take some pics and post them on the forum!

My first real success with the redneck scuttle. The foam was warm even after 3 passes when I did my face wash with the left over lather. The edge on this razor could have been a little better but all in all a very nice shave. Have a great Friday fellas.

Do you lift your nose, when shaving under it, with that tool? Very, very nice razor!

    Default Friday and midsummer day

    Pre: Hot shower
    Razor: Mappin and Webb
    Brush: Ikon 24 mm silvertip
    Soap: Cella
    Post: Proraso
    AS: Old Spice Musk
    Result: Very clean!
Did three passes today, last one with some sliding moves over my problem areas and it worked out really well.
I only do three passes when I´ve got plenty of time - and after the first espresso

Only draw back was the old nicks from day before yesterday, I thought they had healed enough, but not so.

Pre: Hot Shower with some conditioner in the beard
    Strop: Kanayama (40 linen/60 leather)
Razor: James Johnson 11/16 Sheffield Wedge with Etched Spine
Mug/Brush: Benton Clay/Benton Clay Vulfix Silvertip
SS/SC: Benton Clay Lime Bergamot/CarrieM Sage & Citrus (4 drops glycerin)
    ASB: Nivea Sensitive Skin
    EdT: Creed Royal Delight

Result: Refreshing and citrusy BBS. At first I wasn't sure if I liked the scent of the Sage & Citrus, but when I started to lather with it, I fell in love! I now understand why people rave about Carrie's Creams. Thanks for letting me share!
