It was great. I actually gave some thought to stropping one of my straight razors (Perhaps my dubl duck, which my barber is familiar with.) and taking it with me to let my barber use--along with some Floid aftershave to complete the shave, but just didn't have the time to do so.

Friday morning
Pre: Hot shower
Razor: Wade and Butcher, finest indian steel
Brush: Ikon 24 mm silvertip chubby
Soap: Nannys LE Yushu
Post: Proraso
AS: Old Spice Fresh Lime
Strop: Neill Miller linnen/buffallo 30/50
Result: Still clean after five hours
I love this blade, itīs a hollow but feels and behave like a wedge. The brush is so dense I donīt think itīs broken in yet and Iīve had it for four month now
