Well after my last shave, which was amazing, thanks to my NOS Revisor Gold. I couldnt resist and went and bought the other one in the class. Also i recieved 6 razor's freshly honed by Ray at GB. WOO HOO!!! Cant wait to try them all. We were gone to the beach for 2 days. When i got home my other Revisor was her. Waiting for me like a lost Puppy!
So many to choose from. Why do i do this to myself? Oh yea!! RAD and loving it! So i decided on the Bengall, I have been dying to try one of these, and the new new revisor.
Well i have to tell you gents. I have found shaving NIRVANA!!!!
BBS Perfection. I usually get smooth shaves but the past 2 are a step above that. The last shave took 3 days for enough growth where as it usually takes only 2.

    SRD Strop
    Jasmine Puck soap
    Vestavia brush
Bengall razor and Revisor NOS Razor
    Thayers witch hazel
    Skin food
    TAOS Balm

    Have a GREAT weekend Gentlemen!!

    Default This morning's shave!

    Semogue 830 | Nivea Replenishing (used as pre-shave) | Mitchell's Wool Fat | Erik Anton Berg 6/8 | Thayer's Witch Hazel | AOS Sandalwood

Not crazy about the Nivea Replenishing as a post shave as I prefer the sensitive and recently, the AOS Sandalwood. So, instead of tossing it, I decided to use it as a pre-shave and it worked quite well. Nothing crazy, but some added moisture/protection.

I'm liking the E.A. Berg more and more with each shave. Touched it up prior to this morning's shave and it made a world of difference.

You should definitely get a Livi, if you have the budget...it is well worth it. it's not for the faint of heart (budget-wise or sharpness). I do love the satin-ish finish on the blade. The signature on it is also beautiful as are the scales. The shave is fantastic...but so are the other razors in my arsenal. I think, that this Livi is definitely a work of art to be appreciated and can compete with some of the famous Filis as far as the quality of shaves.

    I hope I made sense

Yeah, a Levi would be nice. You made sense, more than I wanted
