Yes they are. It is the only Moreton & Langley's razor I have seen. There is an old (2009) thread about it in the Razor part of the forum.

Thumbs up Week of August 15 SOTD - Saturday

Pre-Shave: Hot shower + Stephan's Conditioning Smooth Shave Creme
    Pre-Shave Oil: Truffit & Hill
Razor: 6/8" Dubl Duck "SatinEdge", Hollow, Spike Point
    Brush: 22mm Vulfix Best Badger
Überlather: Al Raz Calypso "Da Bomb" Shave Creme + Mama Bear's Trade Winds Shave Soap + Gycerin
Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel (Lavender, no alcohol)
Post Shave: Trumper's Limes Skin Food
    Facial Moisturizer: NancyBoy Facial Moisturizer
ASB: Al Raz Spicy Orange ASB
Result: After a very nice 6 mile hike/run to my usual spot in the mountains (Zen #1), I came home sore, and treated myself to a nice hot shower and "open pores" (Zen #2). The prep was exceptionally amazing; my facial pores were already open (from the workout and the hot shower) so the lather took on a life of its own with this scenario ...thick, lots and lots of cushion and very moist. My face literally ate it up. Then came the "Pièce de la résistance" - the Duck! These are amazing shavers. This Satin Edge is no exception. It delivered a "smooooooth as a baby's bottom" face for me without so much as a nick or irritation (Zen #3). What a way to start Saturday.
