Nightblade, I apologize for the confusion, but you must be referring to the mug appearing in eTom's post. I can only assume he picked that up at the Muhle factory store on his recent visit... I do believe that I have seen it (or a similar mug) at a number of online merchants...

If you purchase Muehle-products in the factory, they'll give you 20% discount.
    Very good deal today

Thumbs up Week of August 22 "Themed" SOTD - Tuesday

Pre-Shave: Hot shower + Stephan's Conditioning Smooth Shaving Creme
    Pre-Shave Oil: Almond Oil
Razor: 11/16" Dubl Duck Goldedge, Hollow, Spike Point (restored by Max himself)
    Brush: 23mm Shavemac Silvertip Badger
Überlather: CarrieM's Bay Rum Shave Creme + Mama Bear's Victorian Violet Shave Soap + Glycerin
Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel (Lavender, no alcohol)
Post Shave: Trumper's Limes Skin Food
    Facial Moisturizer: Trumper's Facial Moisturizer
    Cologne: Penhaligon Endymion
Result: Today is the day for a very special razor, which I have been eagerly waiting for since early April - a Dubl Duck "Goldedge". What makes it so special, you ask? Well...this is one of two vintage str8s that I sent to Max for restoration. It was his magic that brought out the beauty in this original vintage (original parts all the way through). Thank you Max...I, who am about to shave, salute you . So, what's the other str8, you say? Tssst, tssst...gotta wait for that one guys. This Goldedge is so beautiful that I was reluctant to use it at first. As always, I could always rely on CarrieM's creme to deliver the goods on a consistent basis. After the lather and prep came the moment of revelation. I had heard about the legend of Max' keen edges, but I had no idea of what I was in for. Woooahhhh!! This beautiful work of art had one of the keenest edges my face had ever experienced in its short tenure in the world of str8 shaving ...Very smoooooth! I am a very happy camper . A super smooth shave by a super smooth shaver, restored by super Max .
Sorry about the quality of the picture (I was rushing to get out the door for a meeting)...but, you get the idea! The shot was taken on our balcony, looking in towards one of our rooms.

A gorgeous razor, Robert. I'm a bit confused, though, did you like the work Max did on it?

    Tuesday 8/24/10

    Boker Tecumseh 4/8
    New Forest 2201
    Coates Sandalwood sc
    Thayers Cucumber WH w/ aloe
    C&E Sandalwood a/s balm
    C&E Sandalwood Edt

Attacked the two day growth with the small Boker (recently touched up by JoeD ..TY Joe) and an excellent shave as a result. It's small size gave me a bit more flexibility in dealing with my usual problem areas and with the original Coates lather I was able to do two passes and a a touch up under the jawline to good effect. Finished up with the sandalwood theme with the C&E products. A great start for the day.
