Restored by Max 
, enjoyed by me. Prep was awesome, beard was soft, lather was Menthol cool and razor super sharp...ingredients for a Super shave. Yet another great start to a brand new SOTD week.

Sunday night
Prep: hot shower, Hâttric Pre-shave
Cream: Williams Sensitive
Mug: "Mushroom" mug
Brush: Large silver badger
Razor: "L Duval à Reims", horn mounted, jimp-less, french tip, ill-gotten (with its paddle strop box) this morning at a flea market.
Post: Hâttric AS
Result: Perfectly smooth in 2 passes, even tho I shaved a week-old beard. The razor pulled ever so slightly on the WTG pass, it will need some tuning on a paddle strop before the next shave.
