Prep: Hot shower--followed by Proraso pre-post shave cream
Brush: Rooney 3-1 Faux Tortoise “Super Badger”
SC: Queen Charlotte Soaps “Celestial Woods”
Razor: 5/8 Dovo “Red Solingen
Astringent: Thayer’s Original Witch Hazel
ASB: Zirh “Soothe”
AS: Ogallala Bay Rum
Result: Close, smooth shave…

Queen Charlotte is a very nice shaving soap/cream. Its consistency is rather dense, more like a soap rather than a cream, making it a low-priced, quality addition to one's shave den. It contains tallow, another plus imho.

Turkey lost in this moment the soccer-match against Germany 0:3

New Forest 2201
Cella ss
Thayers Astringent WH w/ aloe
Anherb a/s gel
Penhaligon's Racquets formula cologne

After a few days of not shaving, I went with the dependable Fat Handle Tech. The New Forest works well with the Cella which always provides a great lather. A BBS result on this fine Friday. I've been working with a trainer lately and find that after I complete a workout my arms are so tired that I hesitate using one of my straights, therefore the use of the Tech today.

I've been pumping my system with lots of water (not much of a Gatorade person) and freshly squeezed lemon juice...Immersing my head in cold water helped keep the fever at bay last night.
