Result: A very nice shave. The Sears is just over 4/8 so I have to get used to the blade every time.

My brother (who got me into straights) made the razor/brush holder from a piece of cherry. I think its the nicest piece of woodworking that I own!

I don't usually use a DE unless I'm in a hurry. This was one of those days...

That is by far one of the most gorgeous stands I have seen

Mind if I ask if your brother makes more? It seems to also house a little pocket for a DE or Str8

    Simply beautiful

I enjoyed the shave. The blade worked well and did not pull as it had started to do. I was pleased with the shave. I kept Twinkie the Kid, which houses the emergency Twinkie, close by in case I needed some nourishment.

You folks make such nice photographs. I look forward to reading all the posts every day. Thanks so much!!!

    Jeff,
You're ready for anything with that Twinkie . That should be officially classified as the fifth (actually sixth now) food group

Maybe this blade is a bit bored of the peace and tranquility of Oregon and wants to go to the Spain to get some fiesta
