I really like this strange blade (made in Japan, Germanish name and prob. Swedish steel) and how she shaves. Very refreshing all the way.

Art of Shaving
Prep: Hot towell
Scuttle: SRD
Brush: TGN Custom Silvertip Premium A
Uberlather:AOS Sandalwood cream, AOS Sandalwood soap, 5 drops glycerin
Strop: SRD Premium IV English Bridle 25/50
Razor: Wade & Butcher "For Barber's use"
Aftershave: AOS Sandalwood ASB
Result: I took the W&B back to the hones (yet again) last evening. I reset the bevel on a 1k, did pyramids on 5k & 8k, then did slurry diluting to water on a vintage thuringian. The blade provided a close, comfortable shave this morning (shaved around the slice from yesterday). The AOS Sandalwood uberlather was creamy and the smell was hypnotic. This is going to be a great start to my Saturday!
Have a great Saturday gentlemen, you've earned it!
