    Pre: Hot shower

    Soap: Nannys Ice and Slice
    AS: Old Spice Fresh Lime
    Strops: Neil Miller
    Result: Very, very clean
Two days of stuble and clean as a wistle. I really enjoyed cutting down some heavy stuble with this wedgy Sheffield blade, smooth and sharp at the same time. Very nice blade!

    Prep:Hot Shower
    Brush:TGN Custom Silvertip
Strop: SRD Premium IV English Bridle
    Scuttle: SRD
Cream: K.D. Creations Black Raspberry Vanilla
    Razor: Genco “Easy Aces”
After shave: Ogallala Bayrum & Sandalwood
    EDT: BBB Noir

Result: After all the beautiful Easy Aces the last few days, I decided to use mine this morning. This little blade is quick & nimble (I go crazy when I hear a cymbal and a hight-hat...). I have hard water in my area and was curious if I could get better lather out of my KD creations cream with distilled water. I tried this this morning and WOW! Man have I been missing out. The black raspberry vanilla smells soooo good. The sweetness of the Ogallala Bayrum & Sandalwood couples nicely with the BRV cream. A spritz of NOIR from Bed Bath & Bodyworks (Thanks for the recommendation Matt) and I'm ready for a fantastic day!A great shave this morning all in all.

Sorry for the Vanilla Ice reference...sometimes I just can't help myself
Have a great day gentlemen, you deserve it!.

FW Engles Special | Kanayama | SRD Bulgarian Rose Otto + Boheme | Semogue 830 | Thayer's Lavender | CarrieM ASM | Montale Black Auod (Concentrated)

After staying home from work yesterday with a nasty bug, I was ready to get cleaned up. After seeing Max's commentary on the Bulgarian Rose, I decided that a few sick days deserved a special lather - thus the Rose + Boheme combination. Talk about a heavenly scent and a smooth, creamy lather! The FWE took care of three days growth with narry a complaint. To complete the flower bomb theme, I added the Montale Black Auod - Perfection. I'm off to work again with a wonderfully smooth, soft skin!

Thanks for all the wonderful SOTD images, gentlemen, they sure made my sick day more enjoyable!
