    Pre: Hot shower
    Brush: New Forest silvertip
    Razor: Dorko
    Soap: Mama Bears Rose
    AS: Ogallala Lime and peppercorns
    Strops: Neil Miller
    Result: Very clean
    The German lather showel worked like a charm and I had a really nice shave today. Forget about the sand castles, Yoda looks COOL eTom! Lol

    Razor: "Solgen" Japanese Full Hollow
    Soap: Queen Charlotte Soaps' Vostok
    Brush: Shavemac Silvertip
    Strop: Kanayama
    Astringent: Thayer's Lavender
    ASB: CarrieM AS Milk
    EdT: Penhaligon's Love Potion No. 9

    Result: The soap made my face feel like I stuck it in a snow bank--wow is it chilly! The edge on the Solgen was nice (I had to go back to reset the bevel after it got dinged), but I think it can use a bit more work. Even so, I was left with a very nice smooth face after two passes plus touchup...
